Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free assessment, send us a message, ask about a retreat or join our email list, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the days and times that suit you, your message and any retreat preferences. We also record whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), loaded through Google Tag Manager. They tell us which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, and whether someone who saw one of our ads went on to request an assessment.
We are a coaching practice, not a medical provider. Please don't send medical records or detailed health information through our website forms.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and schedule your assessment or sessions.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see "Text messages" below).
- To send our weekly email if you signed up for it.
- To understand how our website and ads are working and improve them.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our email provider, our customer relationship and messaging platform, and the analytics and advertising tools named above. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you tick the text message box on one of our forms, we may text you about your request and your appointments. Ticking the box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes the messaging providers that deliver our texts for us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, or by emailing us.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jason@korumovementdenver.com.
Keeping your information safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
