Meet Jason Kelly

Coached by someone who's lived it.

Jason didn't learn this method in a weekend certification. He earned it: first as a world-class athlete, then by breaking down and rebuilding himself the hard way.

The Athlete

A world-class résumé, earned, not bought.

Professional rugby player in New Zealand, Italy, and the US National Team (2006–07).
9th in the world at the CrossFit Games, out of roughly 40,000 entrants, at age 40.
Coach to 6+ Olympic athletes, and coaching since he was 16 years old.
Always a student, continuing education through Active Life and Dr. Sean Pastuch.
The Person

Credentials explain why Jason knows the body. His life explains why he understands the person in front of him.

He's carried his own pain: injuries since age 11, mornings that started at an 8 out of 10, and plenty more trauma and pain along the way. For nearly a decade he carried that grief unprocessed, through a long road back.

He came out the other side knowing something most coaches never learn: the body keeps the score, and healing is never only physical. It's why he can say, honestly: “I've never had someone walk in that I couldn't relate to.”

“Jason has helped me develop tools and habits to manage stress that have helped me be a better husband and father and a more content person. You will not find a trainer/gym who cares more about your wellbeing.”

Why It Matters to You

Most coaches sell a program. Jason coaches a person.

When your coach has lived the breakdown and the rebuild, the work changes. You're not handed a template and a stopwatch. You're met where you are, by someone who has been there and found the way back. That's the difference you feel from the first 90 minutes.

Brendan Bellantoni

Certified Personal Trainer & Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Brendan Bellantoni is a certified personal trainer and injury rehabilitation specialist who helps people return to pain-free movement and build strength for everyday life. He bridges the gap between physical therapy and long-term independence through corrective exercise, thoughtful strength training, and better movement mechanics.

A former Division I football player and semi-professional rugby athlete, Brendan saw his own career cut short by injury. That experience drives how he works today: helping clients recover from injury, manage persistent pain, and return to activity with confidence, using education, progressive loading, and sustainable strategies that support long-term health, not just short-term relief.
