OUR THREE-STEP PROCESS

Phase 1: Assess

Every journey begins with understanding where you are today. During your assessment we will:

    • Evaluate how your body moves

    • Identify any limitations or imbalances

    • Discuss your goals and injury history

    • Determine the best path forward for your training

This step allows us to meet you exactly where you are and create a roadmap for your success.

Phase 2: Develop

Using everything we learned during your assessment, we build a customized program specifically for you. In this phase we focus on:

    • Building foundational strength

    • Improving mobility and stability

    • Correcting movement patterns

    • Developing habits that support long-term progress

As your confidence grows and your body adapts, you’ll begin to experience noticeable improvements in how you move and feel.

Phase 3: Ascend

This is where everything comes together.

By this stage, the pain or limitations that brought you to KORU have improved dramatically—or disappeared altogether.

You’re stronger, moving better, and feeling confident in your body again.

Now we focus on continuing to build strength, performance, and resilience so you can do the things you love without limitations.

This is where you truly ascend to the best version of yourself!

OUR SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one with an expert coach who designs a program specifically for your body and your goals. This option provides the highest level of individualized attention and is ideal for people who want focused coaching and accelerated progress.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Get personalized coaching in a small group environment. Each class is limited to no more than 7 people, allowing coaches to give individual attention while creating the motivation and support that comes from training alongside others. You’ll follow your own customized program while benefiting from the energy of a supportive community.

NUTRITION COACHING

Training is only part of the equation. Our nutrition coaching helps you build sustainable eating habits that support your energy, recovery, and long-term health. We focus on practical strategies that fit your real life—not restrictive diets.

ONLINE TRAINING & COACHING

For clients who travel frequently or live outside the Denver area, we offer remote coaching and customized training programs. You’ll receive the same expert guidance, accountability, and support—wherever you are.
