THE KORU MOVEMENT APPROACH

At KORU Movement, we follow a 4-phase approach to help each client reach their personal goals.

PHASE 1: ASSESS

We start each client with a personalized assessment to create a fully custom journey that meets your individual needs.

Meet with one of our highly qualified professionals so that we can determine who you are, where you are going, and the best path to get there for you.

If we can help, we will. If we aren’t the right fit, we will find the place for you that is.

PHASE 2: DESIGN

In the Design phase, our expert team of professionals gets to work building your plan. We provide 1-on-1 training to ensure you receive the personalized attention you need to achieve your goals. 

In this phase, you will build foundational skills, habits, and foster the mindset necessary to reach your dream outcome that we discussed in the Assess phase.

Think of this as laying the foundation for a life you are excited about living.

PHASE 3: BUILD

This is where the magic happens. At this point you are moving pain-free, you are feeling confident and competent about using your body, and you have accomplished the awesome success of building positive habits.

Now we graduate you into an individually designed program and train in a semi-private environment (less than 9 people), all under the guidance of our expert professionals.

PHASE 4: OPTIMIZE

You are now moving better than ever before, you have energy to explore new hobbies and interests once thought beyond your reach, and you finally feel like YOU.

Now we want to maintain the incredible progress you have made, and this happens via a professionally designed program and on-going support from our team.​

You still receive world class support in a semi-private environment, but now it’s about exploring territory you once believed impossible. You have arrived.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Personalized fitness with a professional coach putting you through an individualized workout. This means no packed rooms with strobe lights and DJs, but a focused and professional approach to getting you the results you deserve, without the fluff.

NUTRITION COACHING

You are busy, on the go, and sometimes you feel like you can’t keep it together. We get it. Work with one of our highly credentialed nutritionists to help build a sustainable nutrition plan that makes you feel as good as you look.

ONLINE TRAINING

Life is busy, and sometimes it takes you away from our team at Koru Movement! No matter whether you travel frequently for work, if you don’t live near Denver, Colorado but were referred by a friend, or if you’re temporarily living elsewhere.
